  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
Recipe Notes

Modifications:

  • More or less liquid can be added depending on consistency preference – remember the grapefruit and cucumber contain a lot of water.
  • Greens can be modified with Swiss chard, beet greens, spring mix etc.

Ingredients:

• 2 ruby red grapefruit – peeled

• 1 large cucumber – washed, end removed and cut into large chunks

• 4 large kale leaves – stems removed

• 1 large handful of spinach

• 2 cups of coconut  water

• 1 cup of ice

Directions:

• Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth
