Blender Zucchini Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose gluten free flour
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 3 cups raw zucchini
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grease and or line muffin tin.
- Put all dry ingredients except sugar (flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices) in bowl and set aside.
- Place egg, sugar, vanilla and cubed zucchini and banana in high powered blender and blend for about 20 seconds until well combined. Pour dry ingredients into blender and blend until well mixed.
- Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with mixture.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
