Combined rice, water and pinch of sea salt and prepare according to basic grain instructions. Cook time 45 min
In a skillet over medium heat saute leeks in olive oil. Add garlic, celery, dried herbs and sea salt, continue to saute for 5-6 min. Place this mixture in a bowl and add the fresh parsley, cranberries, walnuts and cooked rice. Mix well and adjust salt and seasoning as desired.
